Every article carries a named author and, where it matters clinically, a named reviewer. Here is who they are and what they have published.

Why bylines matter

You should know who told you this

Health advice without an author is advice nobody has to stand behind. Every piece on this site names the person who wrote it and the expert who checked it, so you can weigh both.

  • Authors are named, with their relevant qualifications.
  • Clinical claims are signed off by a dietitian or clinician.
  • Reviewers can block publication, not just comment.
  • Corrections are logged on the article, not quietly edited.

Our standards. How we read studies, grade evidence and handle corrections is set out in full in our editorial policy.
