We do not collect any SPECIAL CATEGORIES of Personal Information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We obtain the aforementioned data either directly from you or automatically (As you navigate through the Services, we may automatically collect technical, usage information about your tools, browsing actions and patterns).

CHILDREN PERSONAL DATA

The Websites are not designed for, or directed to, children under the age of 18 and Diets and News does not intentionally collect information about anyone under the age of 16 on the Websites. If Diets and News discovers that it has inadvertently collected Personal Information from anyone younger than the age of 18, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
